Located in a wonderful rural setting, ideal for those who wish to experience a peaceful and quiet vacation with plenty of sightseeing opportunities, but also close to places with a livelier spirit.
The Space
House Ulika is located in a wonderful and peaceful setting in the small village of Sisan, near Pula. It is surrounded by a large garden with a children's playground.
The house is furnished in a rustic style and has 2 floors.
Ground floor:
- Toilet with shower
- Kitchen with utensils, dining room
- Living room with a large sofa that can be turned into a bed
- Terrace (half of it covered) with garden furniture
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms (with double beds that can be separated)
- 2 bathrooms with bathtub
- 2 safe deposit boxes
- one of the bedrooms has a terrace

Getting Around
House Ulika is 10m from public transport (bus), 100m from the local shop and 3 km from the beach (which can also be reached by bike). The village of Sisan is 8 km from Pula and 5 km from Medulin, places where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants, day and night bars/beach bars and clubs.
**We also offer bicycle rental and maps of the area for a complete holiday experience.

Dogs/cats may be present in the neighborhood, but they do not have access to the house.

- Upon confirmation of the booking, 30% must be paid as a guarantee of arrival, and the rest is paid on the first day.

Cancellation/refund: for a full refund, cancellation must be requested 5 full days before the date and time of the scheduled check-in to the house. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, all nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation are refunded at 50%. - Other notes
